Style is personal, and so is flavour. In celebration of SG60, MAKE by GINLEE collaborates with Brass Lion Distillery for an exclusive workshop experience at New Bahru. This special edition combines 2 hand-crafted experiences into one: a tribute to homegrown creativity, craft, and community.
In this intimate workshop with MAKE by GINLEE and Brass Lion Distillery, you’ll begin by customising your own pleated bag, choosing from our exclusive SG60 gradient and personalising it in a zero-waste, on-demand process. Once the pleats are set, you'll craft your own cocktail from scratch, muddling fresh ingredients like mango or strawberry to complement Brass Lion’s vibrant gins.

The MAKE PLEAT BAG Experience is a one-off workshop (1.5 hours in duration) that offers a great introduction to the age-old craft of pleating and circularity through a unique in-store experience.
Our Maker will do a demonstration on how each bag is printed to the colour of your choice and explain the circular initiative behind it. You will then proceed to select your choice of pleats, colour and wraps, straps and eyelets.
After which, we'll guide you through the pleating process using paper moulds and thereafter, baking them in our very own built-in steamer. During the baking process, you are free to browse around the store and try on some of our signature pleated pieces while waiting. Once the baking is done, we'll proceed to adding on the finishing touches to the bag and voila‚ meet and take home your finished pleated bag!
Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight imperfections may occur during the process. That is, after all, the true beauty of a handcrafted product :)
